So, I realized that keeping a journal at home makes me much more censored here. As it is, I think that is a good idea. You know public forum and all, only the juicy details make it to paper that only I and Daniel read now and in the future will be passed to our children and grandchildren and so on. I wholeheartedly approve of the self censoring. If only everyone could afford pens, paper and sense, then LJ would be less toxic emotional place.

So not kidding...it's funny that you picked up on that, although you always have been an astute reader so I really shouldn't be surprised. I guess I should clarify though. We do not currently have children, but will in the future. You know you marry someone and that is just kinda the next step. After we're married we'll procreate.

Actually, my shock wasn't aimed at your procreating goals, but more at the fact that you plan on giving your journal--the one with the juicy details--to your kids, so they can enjoy the tumultuous threads that eventually led to their begatting, err, procreation. What age do you plan on giving it to them?

Oh, I suppose I should clarify...it's probably not the details that you envision. But they can have it later in life. I have just come to realize that I have a horrible memory and the only way that I can remember everything that happened and how I felt is to write it down right away.
