For all of my cheese loving friends out there! What do you tihnk of this? Do you have a favorite? Do you prefer cheese from France, Italy, Germany, etc.? If there is a particular wine that you enjoy with your favorite cheese, please share as well. :-)

I'm very partial to goat cheese! And use it quite often in various lunches/dinners.

What kind of goat? Like a Goat Gouda, or something a little softer like a Crottin de Chavignol, or something really soft like a Cabecou?

I cant think of the brand I buy, but its soft/crumbly and I usually buy herbed or garlic goat.

I like havarti with a nice white table wine... but I'll eat almost any kind of cheese with the right foods/wines/atmosphere :)
