Well, it's been beyond forever since I've come to my lj to update. I don't know why it's been so long. Maybe because I've found other avenues to vent my frustration, boredom, happieness, etc. Maybe it's because I just rather not relive all the moments of my life and my thoughts when most of the time I'm just trying hard to forget them ( Read more... )

I know you, and I know you're gonna figure this all out sooner rather than later. The trick is simple: the moment you stop looking, stop trying to figure it out, and stop wondering if it'll ever be clear to you... at that moment, it all makes sense.

Focus on having fun/enjoying/suceeding with the little things. Going to a bar JUST to go to the bar. Reading a book JUST to read it. Going to work, kicking complete ass, and showing your stuff...

I think your best advice is right in your own post: "I think I'm constantly expecting life to happen when really it's up to me to make it happen." So go out there and do it! I'm sure you'll be great. :)
Btw, great song...another personal fave of mine, esp. for those "what am I doing w/ my life?" days -- "Galileo."

I know, sometimes the only person I should listen to me is myself. I mean, isn't that the point of all this senseless ramblings?? :)

the other day i was peeing in my bathroom and starting taking little baby steps backwards to see how far i could stand from the bowl and not miss....i got to the hallway and tripped on my shoe. wasn't done yet. is the male species really something you wanna stress out over this much? i don't think we're worth it! we've all tried that trick...and eventually, we all miss. :)

HAHAHA. I can't believe you even attempted that. :)

Anyway, as for my post, it was more geared toward my general apathy or whathaveyou for life right now. Not specifically just romantic, but not excluding it either. I think it's just another bout of the quarter life crisis.

For all of you who commented, worry not! I'm fine. :)
