My appointment went in reverse again today since someone was having their baby and my doctor needed to be freed up. So he did my internal first, then the nurse did her thing. No big deal... for some reason I actually like it better this way.

So, pee'd in a cup - all good.

Got my finger stuck - all good.

BP - good.

Ugh, I hate car repair places that try to be all sketchy and overcharge like crazy. $400 does seem like a lot of money for a fuel pump. The labor fee is a bit ridiculous, I would see how much a different place would charge if you actually needed to have the fuel pump replaced.

I am REALLY GLAD you get that $500! This seems to happen to us a lot. Whenever we have an extra pay week, or we get gifted some money, we have like a major expense. We got a random $300 and were all excited to put it into savings, and then our dog had to go to the emergency vet (guess how much it cost? haha).

I hope you're able to get your car working well and feeling nice in time for your little girl's arrival!

It was just so amazing to me that the letter came when it did. I'm sitting there bawling over bills and then HELLO MAGICAL SAVIOR LETTER!

When I called the financial aid office, I think i thanked the guy like 8 million times lol
