It's so strange hanging out with people that I would never really come into contact with in real life. Strange in a good way though. I spend all day with people who I have nothing obvious in common with and it's really amazing to find that we get along so well. I know what you mean. It's really neat being in situations where you're surrounded with people like that. I went to camp myself for years but stopped just short of applying to be a staff member because I don't think I'm very good with the youngsters. Neverless there have good times.

It kind of reminds me of living in res in first year, but more work and a lot less drama. Where did you go to camp anyway?

We had some good times in first year. Well, first first year for me. I went to Silver Lake Mennonite Camp just outside of Sauble Beach. I suppose technically it was a "church" camp but it was fairly light on the Bible thumping. It was fun while it lasted.

I agree that some fun times were had in first year. we need to collect dan and camille and stay up all night again, that really stands out for me. are you living at traill again next year, or somewhere else?
