jeff and i went to see children of men last night. i really liked it. the cinematography was very ... realistic. i felt like taking a shower after. sexypants clive owen didn't hurt either. mmm mmm. on a less exciting/sexy note, we ate at cosmic charlie's and it def. did not rise to everyone else's fangirling of it. my tikka chicken was lame

Children of Men looks fantastic-- I'm trying to poke the boyfriend into going sometime this weekend. From what I saw of the trailer, the cinematography reminded me a lot of 28 Days Later...

Oh, and by the way, I <3 this: "new year's res: get shit together man. and do it in heels." Definitely made my day! :]

I am sadly the only person on earth (it seems) who hasn't seen that movie. it did remind me quite a bit of saving private ryan... fighting scenes with the camera right in the fray, very intense and frightening.

you are teh sexy-smarty-pants, but that's nothing new.
if you aspire to do things in heels this year, but regretfully own no such apparel, do call me up for shoe shopping. i've always aspired to wearing heels so i don't have to stand on tippy-toes to smooch dan, but alas, I own not a single pair and have deemed myself too inept to be charged with the task of picking some out.
