the second one reminds me of a cross between the who and lou reed; synthesizers and electric guitars and...electric violins? sounds like them heh. the bite of the feedback is brilliant and raw.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr0KkzbbqPI Lou Reed's Metal Machine Music. freaking NUTS.

And yes that is an electric violin she's playing, i do love her.. i think it's shocking how I still like her music after she covered a Queen song. I like it, not as good as original but still the fact i'll even listen to someone after that says something :P
And that lou Reed music is epic..makes my skin crawl, in a good way..but yeah awesomeness.

Lou Reed is my idol, this record - MMM - was made as a giant fuck you to the record company because he had to fill his obligatory contract of one more record with them before he left. however it is actually a thing of immense skill and talent, and influenced so many bands right up until this day. lester bangs gave him kudos for it being so crazy.
Nine Inch Nails use feedback well. love them. and also Merzbow, but they're a little too edgy for me most of the time.
...oh dear. who is the music freak? :P

Hah, that jsut makes that song mroe awesome if it was a 'fuck youuu!!!' song. I wish more bands would do that :P
Oh well I still do love EA although she covered Queen, she still rocks. Who else has a giant clock behind her in her acts, live rats on stage and makes up a new genre? :P
