They came from Nestor's camera. I absolutely adore the one of you sitting there writting a letter. You can't see it in the icon but the Happy Birthday banner that is above your bed is in the picture.

And in case you can't tell, Ross is the guy behind you in the fishy lips picture. Nestor took so many pics of him I could make icons all day if he had an account.
