#&$*#! Pulled groin! No!

I'm not sure how it happened, but it greatly interfered with Saturday's boxing fitness class and hurts like a mofo when I have to sprint to catch the bus (twice today already).

Not liking this one bit.

I had no groin pull going on before the class, but those scissor push up things didn't help. I'm all hobblin' sore. And when you ask people for groin massages, they slap you. Or ask if it'll be MC or VISA. Or both.

The scissor push ups and the side to side medicine ball passes. I hope it will be better by next Saturday.

Yep, it sucks. If I were dating it would be a serious problem!

Based on what I've been through in the past 2 days, and the direct bus route there being on reroutes/shuttles/suspended/who knows what the hell?! I'm not going to re-live the freezing uncertainty of being stranded tomorrow morning.

If you go, please double check that it'll be closed next weekend (27th) for the holiday, and I have to find something energetic to do for the next 2 weeks until the snow stops and christmas is over with.

And easy on that groin! ;)

The roads over here are still terrible; all the busses were suspended yesterday, and I would not be surprised if that were still the case. I'm considering myself snowed in. And lazy. And not wanting to reinjure myself... So I slept in.

I slept in until I woke naturally. Which was like, right now. Ahhhhh, that feels good.

Thanks for the area update. I suspected the roads and buses around your parts were as bad as the rest, which would have been entirely useless to venture out into - especially in any sort of timely manner or to meet schedules. Maybe I'm gettin' old, but as an adult, snow is only fun when it's visual and fluffy on the non-walkways and roadways where I can enjoy the idea of it, but not the actual inconvenience of it. As a kid, snow was always a bonus. You got to stay home from school and play or get hot chocolate and lay around indoors with entertainment. Under the conditions we get it here, it's annoying.

I have mixed feelings about it. I'm snowed in, and really could use to go to the store - my food options are limited and I only have one smoke left. My holiday plans are getting cancelled left and right and I'm not sure how I'll get to work on Monday.

On the other hand, it is kind of pretty.
