I cannot be enthusiastic that you aren't going to be close anymore. I know it's not like you're that far away, and I guess we didn't really see each other that much (even though we kind of did!) but now the option of seeing you often is totally gone. I approve of the apartment, and perhaps your roommate. Just be careful, okay? Physically and spiritually, and be sure to take care of yourself! ;_;

I would definitely say that getting my own place was one of the most exciting times in my life thus far. So I know exactly how excited you are!!!!! CONGRATS!!! And a great roommate is an added bonus! I'm sooooo happy for you. I want to see pics ASAP!! :)
