Blast from the past... my old buddy, Derrick, found me on MySpace. I worked at the baseball field with this kid for years. He lived in Tanglewood and I drove him to work every day. He was like my best guy friend from when I was 13 or so on. Everyone thought we were related because we have similar features. So we played like we were siblings

Congrats on the 20 lbs. According to my scale, I've lost 8 since the heighest point this summer - probably because my stress levels are starting to dwindel. I'm so proud of you!!

8 pounds is great!!! Especially with your height. That is the disadvantage of being short, you see each pound.. but you also see each pound go! Keep it up, chica, you are one hottie!! And your stress will reduce when the endorphines are released when you work out... If you ever want to go walking in the mornings, like 10 or so, just let me know! I go into work at noon. I will gladly meet up with you and walk before.

about Derrick... we worked at the baseball field on base. NOL. I don't know if you know him or not... he has a little brother named Devin. If you go on MySpace, he posted a comment on my page calling me Foshizzle Shanna...lol. See if you know him. He worked at Albertsons for a bit too.
