a restless night

i had a horrible night last night with hardly any sleep.

when i finally did fall asleep, i had a dream about my teeth falling out! this is a very very bad dream in alot of cultures and i was really freaked out so i looked up some of the theories concerning dreams and teeth falling out:

"One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxiety about your appearance and how others perceive you. Sadly, we live in a world where good looks are valued highly and your teeth play an important role in conveying that image."

"Another rationalization for these falling teeth dream may be rooted in your fear of being embarrassed or making a fool of yourself in some specific situation. These dreams are an over-exaggeration of your worries and anxiety."

"You may be experiencing feelings of inferiority and a lack of self-confidence in some situation or relationship in your life. This dream is an indication that you need to be more assertive and believe in the value of your own opinion."

"In the Greek culture, when you dream about loose, rotten, or missing teeth, it indicates that a family member or close friend is very sick or even near death."

"According to the Chinese, there is a saying that your teeth will fall out if your are telling lies."

not quite sure which theory applies... probably the lack of self-confidence/inferiority in a relationship one, but who knows.

my night troubles don't end there...

i woke up this morning with scratches (like, broke skin and bleeding) all down my left forearm and my right lower-leg to mid-thigh. i must've done it in my sleep... but that's never happened before, and i'm kinda freaked out that i could hurt myself so bad while i was asleep.

i tried to look up information about that topic too... but nothing seemed useful. i'm so creeped out right now.

thursday, i hate you.

some how i think this is all related to me freaking out about tommy, devon and her baby (no, it's not HIS) and the whole little hanging out thing tonight.

why do i have such a tendency to be jealous?! i hate that!
it's probably because so many wonderful exes have given me reasons to be cautious... sometimes i really wish i hadn't dated so much. things would be so much more simple.
