Some recent Friday Puppies, a tradition that has somewhat gone out the window recently...
I've been meaning to communicate by pictures recently but I've just not gotten around to it.
I've been spending a lot of time in the garden. I've got potatoes and shallots doing very well, four pumpkin plants and about a billion other things. Spinach and lettuce has not been going my way. Mint appears to be impossible to grow. Aside from that I get a lot of satisfaction from it but there is no area not covered in baby plants.
Today we purchased tickets to see Faith No More at Brixton on 10th June and this is unbelievably exciting. I also bought shoes. We're supposed to be having a lean month in preparation for a wee holiday (my first ever, really) but it is not going swimmingly. We also need to get the cat vaccinated so that'll be an expense, not to mention having to purchase Feliway so that Vince will chill out when we bring Tony in (not happening).
Speaking of Tony, he is coming in more often and Vince has finally met him but she just will not stop hissing at him, even though he does nothing to provoke it. It's so frustrating because usually she's a lovely cat.
Pete's mum has gone off again. I am sick of it.
Have recently been looking into Avoidant Personality Disorder because my social phobia really does cause such an inconvenience to my life. It's something I've never really considered before, but stumbled across it while trying to look into Pete's mum's behaviour and it seems to fit. I honestly just thought that my inabilities when it came to social situations were just a result of immaturity I would just grow out of but it appears that I am somewhat textbook. At the very least I'm going to see a doctor to try and improve it because it appears it's not going to go away on its own. Boo.
That's about the long and short of it. Mostly you can find me making a tit out of myself on Twitter.
