Well i haven't updated in a few days so I thought I would do so, I'm back with stats, a plan and some news ^^;

Just for the record my stats:   Hw:132    Lw: 86   Cw: 99   5'4

The new and improved plan!!

Monday : water, green tea

Tuesday: water, green tea, coffee

Wednesday: water, green tea, fresh orange juice

My max is 7 days...im not sure exactly how many hours
