hello, it's the usual adult multi-vitamin! i think they only have 3 versions of it - kids, adult & senior citz. it's a multi-vitamin so it's gd for your body & skinwise it works for me (a couple of vit in it are gd for skin) ;D

how are the wedges? looks pretty difficult to walk in. comfy? considering getting butttt so not functional for daily use! not even weekly use haha

The wedges are sweettt! Pretty comfy to walk in if you're used to walking in heels! I had them on for >12hrs, no prob!! Get themmmm, just gotta get used to people staring at yr feet hahahaha. I have the other two pairs as well, more comfy imo!
