There is a special pocket of hate in my heart for UPS. Kohl's has now decided to send UPS to pick up the shoes that I wasn't supposed to get, which I was told to return to the store. If I don't want UPS to show up, I have to call them. This is taking a ridiculous amount of time!

Oh, no! You aren't going to have to sit at home waiting for UPS, are you? I hate how the UPS assumes everyone can sit at home all day waiting for packages.

So it's funny that you respond with that. I called Kohl's about the mistake, hoping against hope that they would fix a problem correctly, and when the lady found out that I wouldn't be home for the pickup she actually said "why does it matter if you won't be there?" Gee, maybe because I have neighbors and I'm just freaking po'ed that you can't do a darned thing right? So no, I most certainly will NOT be sitting at home waiting for UPS. I am going to follow the second lady's direction and either a) find someone who wants these shoes or b) take them back to the store. It's too bad the Nike's are a 7 1/2 cause they're cute.
