I'm sitting in my kitchen listening to my friend Simon teach Mischa, who is preparing for his audition for principal cello at the philharmonic in two weeks. This is so much better than him playing for me, since I have such mixed feelings about this audition!
I spent Friday night in Leipzig playing the Magic Flute and using the opportunity to see
