I've been reading Buffy season 8, getting mildly amused/annoyed at the same time (how many subplots do you need, people?). But until it was pointed out to me, I had no idea of this...

Alas, I do not have an answer to that because I've only been able to read the first trade (ages ago) because that's the only one my library had (shocking for them). I'm even behind on comics I've followed obsessively. It's a sad, sad thing.

As a sidenote, I wasn't particularly fond of what I have read of Season 8. I much preferred Fray. And I kind of feel like BtVS ended just when it was supposed to, so why is Joss prolonging it?

I stopped reading Fray in the middle of it because it was too much to go out and find the issues. I like the way Buffy ended in season 7 too, but I don't mind it continuing. At least Joss is still in charge.
