I'm not a huge fan of writing; and any way I've lied all this time. I don't want to go to school for writing;

EDIT:

I'm more of an Eli than a Richie. I always wanted to be a Richie.

I don't know, Royal has redemption on his side. Eli may, but you don't really know. Maybe when it's all said and done, which I would say would be when Eli is dead and people look back on his life, maybe then you could make an argument that his life wasn't spent entirely in selfish, attention-grasping efforts. Eli is immature.

Royal on the other hand, we see his redemption. It's so complete and perfect, it's worth all the years of bad shit he did. Would his life be better without all of it? I don't know. Maybe that redeeming quality, the fact that he always had it within himself to go back to the positive made it all worth it. Or maybe it was the painful part. Honestly, I don't know. I just understand the things that Eli does a lot more than I can say I do what Royal does. Maybe that is inherently obvious, but maybe it isn't, I don't know.

BTW, I thought I was logged in when I posted that, but apparently not.

What I am trying to say is, Royal is worth writing about. Completely independent from the entire rest of his family, a story could be (and in my opinion has been) constructed from his character. Eli on the other hand would probably only be interesting, in writing, if written about by Eli.
