So it was my birthday this week(end)
Things that happened
Four discs of goodness by or inspired by The Cure, sent to me by the thoughtful revston! Real mail! It's been forever.
On Tuesday, Mandy and I ate tiny sammiches and cupcakes and cookies. There was also wine. And rants. It was great!
Thursday was my actual birthday. Jake gave me this:

Then, Jake, Adam, Lucie and I went for delicious Italian food and wine. At dinner, i opened my present from Adam and Lucie.
Then Jake and I went to my house to drink more wine and watch cartoons. Jake promptly fell asleep, and I continued with the cartoons and wine until late in the evening.
Friday morning we went for food on Main. More naps followed. In the evening there was the Astoria. Usual Friday thing. Had hangouts afterword, and I woke up with a new haircut. Awesome? I think so.
I'm going to make a big pot of pasta. Yummmmmmm.
