(no subject)
And it's because I did! Between me working in retail during christmas, and moving, I thought I was going to lose my marbles. Really. Now that it's all over, and I've rested, I'm filled with nothing but excitement regarding my new home and even my job as well. I hope I'm not getting my hopes up, but I got some work related news last week and it's making me very happy.
New years was pretty much as I expected.
Good food at Altairas, ridiculousness to follow. At first I was sad I didn't have more pictures, but judging from the ones I do have that's probably a good thing.
Jake and I spent pretty much the whole
weekend in bed, napping and watching movies/cartoons. It was needed. There were breaks for Dana time(DANA WAS HERE!) and some other hangouts, but all in all it was relaxing and exactly what I wanted.
Setting up my new room has been an adventure.
Finally have a working record player, AND awesome new speakers, one from Dana and one from...the basement? The room is so dark though, and I need to buy many lamps. I want to go furniture/lamp hunting at some thrift stores this weekend, I think. Maybe pick up some more art, too?
I kind of miss twitter. That's weird, right?
