Last Friday, one of the Credit Control women came down to ask us a question. While here, she told us about a complaint call she had recieved from a customer. I used to have endless trouble with a *very* elderly (i.e., early 80's) fax machine, sending messages to companies which only had one line for both fax and telephone - no dual capability, you see...
