suffice to say a NJ teacher pulled the chair out from under a student who refused to stand for the national anthem. A student recorded the incident of yelling and cursing by the teacher at the students on a camera phone. The district has made plans to bad all cell phones and suspended the student who recorded the outburst for 15 days. No punishment awarded to the teacher.
