teehee.. I always mute my phone when xferring to sup's...
People always start cussing me out, etc.. so I unmute and go "Sir/Madam, I wuld suggest you not speak to the supervisor the way you're speaking to me". they go "I thought I was on hold!!" i go "No, I didn't say I was putting you on hold." LOL
it doesn't matter. it's call centers in general. i worked both when i worked for at&t wireless...AND i worked what we called the red hat team...it's a team that all the REALLY pissed off people got transfered to and it was our job to kiss ass to make them happy and keep their service. apparently my sup thought i was good at kissing ass and put me on this team. worked that for 3 weeks and told my sup on wed. of the 3rd week that if i wasn't trasnfered by monday, i quit.
came in monday and was back on tech support/cust service (it changed based on call volume).

i love it though, they say *I* am the idiot, when theres NOTHING wrong with *my* satelite system. its like "and who'se calling who here?"
