I really need to do some soul-searching. I feel like something's going to come at me at a speed that's too quick for me to react, and it's really got me frustrated.

Tie yourself to a tree. It saved some guy in a documentary about a tsunami that seemed very very fake. But it might have worked. Tsunamis come fast, so, ya know.
