I think about this occasionally. For me, part of it is that I'm ridiculously busy, and have been that way for years now. So that's something I need to work on - but not this year! Part of it is that I only tend to see people in groups these days, and if/when I talk about "real" things, it's only going to be one on one. Part of it is that these talks always happen best at 3 in the morning after a few drinks, and it's been a long time since I had days free enough that I was able to stay up that late the night before. Ah well.
