water diet? ay iris!!! wtf is it with diets?!?!?! just exercise!!! cuz that's what i'm doin...and it seems to be working...well, at least "toning" wise...i ain't trying to lose weight or anything...but it would be nice if i could lose 5 or 6 pounds...
