At work, im teaching 3 different lessons- toddler 2, pre beginner, and beginner. And all I have to say is that they have been going by SO slow. I mean, two of the three lessons I teach are fine, but my toddler 2 class is just horrible. The kids never listen, and they are always wondering around. Its so hard to watch all of them at the same time.

To tell you the truth you have to be firm and controling when dealing with the younger kids, lay the rules out and let them know if they cross the line they are done for. Now you have to that all while be really nice and patient but once you get them to listen it's much easier- beleive me I deal with hotshots alot (under 5). Don't worry about the parents, if they know so much they should be teaching their own kids to swim and not yelling at the teacher.

Thanks for the advice. Ill try that. I have one more week to go, and Id have to say, my kids aer starting to behave a little more!! Which is good!
