Iowa Makes Their Decision Today...

Does this Presidential Primary scare the bejesus out of anyone other than me? I think for the first time in a long while, I really don't know who I would vote for. Granted, I live in Texas, and the majority of campaigning has been focused on other states that are considered key for winning a primary, but so far, none of the candidates inspire me. I agree that pizza and snow shovels don't exactly imply the intense public interest that I'd like to see in voters. But, having the caucus at 7:00 on a cold snowy night at least means that people will have to have some kind of intense interest in the system to come and vote ( ... )

Ahh... I googled the quote this morning to see who said it before I posted. I couldn't remember. I found a site that had it listed with a source, and went with that. It seems to be getting a lot of use lately, so people are attributing it to all kinds of folks. I agree that people must be motivated to go out on a snowy night whoever takes them...should we be praying for snow in Iowa?? ;)
