haha yes. this is what i have done recently and i didnt turn my proposal in until monday because i was at state in nashville on the 23rd. what is your proposal on?

haha yay! at least yours is relatively easy to understand. have you ever looked at the welfare program? there are so many intricate things and problems that it makes understanding it next to impossible.
