soo i just swam. for the first time in a long time. it killed me but it felt so good to be back in the water. i loved every second of it. me and linds had some good talks while we kicked. i love our talks, because even when what im saying is completely off the wall, she still listens to every word. i took the hottest shower ever. and it came out
