I took this off of NY Times online, I still have to read the article. It's Bush's nominee for Secretary of Education, since Rod Paige resigned. The caption says Margaret Spellings, Bush's nominee, is "motioning to the audience in the White House's Roosevelt Room to hold its applause." But what's with the expressions on both her and on Bush? Any
