There was much excitement on my street today. My neighbor's house across the street caught on fire this afternoon! We had 6 fire trucks, a police car, and an ambulance, and at least 30 firefighters, a cop and 2 paramedics, along with a bunch of neighbors all on my little, tiny street. thanks for your comment...it made me feel better. being removed from home tends to make one forget one's problems at home though. i don't know if that's good or bad...:) but anyway, i hope life is wonderful. we'll have to touch base soon (i know, i suck at returning calls - life has been pretty hectic this week! but it should resume to normal soon. heehee)
