Harvard (not a surprise)
Cornell (okay, I thought I had a chance)
Vassar (wait listed, because I'm local?)
Boston College (definitely thought I had a chance)

And I guess I didn't even get the worst of it, after hearing about everyone else's

I think that either colleges collectively decided to raise their standards this year, or our guidance counselors seriously mislead all of us. My guidance counselor told me I was a shoe-in for Tufts and Vassar, and what happened? I got wait listed for both. And I got wait listed for George Washington too, which I totally thought I could get in to. Whatever. I'm just glad its over too. And I think we should party this week so you won't miss out completely.

i really don't know what's going on this year, but something is seriously wrong with these admissions people. But you are amazing dear Caitlin, and if you go to Geneseo, we will be able to visit each other because I am going to the University of Rochester!!!

yes i agree, the system is really screwed up. but party with kelly in rochester... w00t!
