Aw... just aww. Its cute but kinda sad that chad quit *cough got kicked out cough* the team. And chad and ryan making out in the showers, worthy of a fic in itself. Totally love this!

I absolutely LOVE how you all of my completely random prompts and used them so well! I was just being silly with them, you know (especially the 19th and 20th c. artists and the political activism) but I like how you incorporated them. Chad and art history... hmm!

And the basketball team scenario... completely realistic. Because, let's face it, testosterone driven, hyper masculine sports teams are really not the most gay-accepting environment.

Ugh... bad Troy. In my perfect world, his friendship with Chad is close enough to not let something like this mess it up, but again, this is more realistic, probably.

So, yeah, good job :)

I just can't help wishing it was longer. Maybe you could make a story out of the basketball team incident sometime?

I am so glad you like it! I was very worried, since sometimes my idea of a good fic isn't what other people consider good.

I had fun with the prompts! I know nothing about artists, though I appreciate art, so that was a bit harder, but it was very fun to figure how to put them all together cohesively.

The thing I love about writing Chyan fics is the ability to put realistic elements in. Disney had a very optimistic view on how people interact with each other, but that is what makes them Disney! At first I had the team beating Chad up, but I didn't feel like that jibed with the feel of the fic.

I'm not a fan of Troy, so I tried to keep the bashing to a minimum. Really, I just don't like the Zefron. But what can you do?

A sequel would be fun! I tried to keep the fic shorter since I tend to write rather lengthy fics and not everyone likes a long one-shot! I would like to explore Ryan's birthday visit (and the basketball team incident).

Wow, those are "eclectic" prompts! But they're so deftly woven into the story that I didn't even recognize them as prompts until the lucky recipient of your gift mentioned them. Lovely little slice of life fic--I love that Chad seems to be undaunted by the challenges thrown in his way. That's our Chad!

Awww, that was lovely! I'm a sucker for college fics, and the "twist" at the end made it even sweeter, if a little sadder as well.
