not much to tell, really. I was born with 10 toes and 11 fingers. At 22 months they cut the third thumb off. At the time, they didn't realize it it had joints and muscles and shit, and it caused some "complications" during removal which translated to my thumb currently... maybe slighly lopsided, but not noticable at all. Most people never notice unless they're paying particularly close attention to my fingers (b/c some people think hands are hot- i know i do.)Then when they see my right thumb, they notice a scar, an irregular bump near the base of the scar where one of the joints for the removed thumb was, and those folds of skin that everyone has on their fingers... mine on my thumb go at a slight angle instead of horizontal like everyone else's.
