My London routine has been mildly shambolic. It's the end-of-days for this trip across the seas, and I think I'm about ready to head on home. I've missed shows by going to wrong venues (whoops, Southbank Centre, that was for the other show) or by arriving just a little too late (more than once, actually). At least the last show had pre-sold out its

I've always held that London is such a big, maze-like place that no two people ever live in the same London. Everyone sort of lives in millions of different cities that co-exist and occupy the same place, but remain fundamentally distinct. Maybe that's true of all cities, but it's very true of London.

Anyway, I'd wish you luck with the year, but you won't need it. This year's going to be great for you, I'm sure of it.
