It's hot, in a don't even think about clothing or leaving the house kinda way. And just my luck, we decided to clean the freezer out the other day. So outside on our curb is a maggot infested oozing garbage bag. It's horrible and the smell is so strong it's traveling up our alley. It has to be some kind of health violation, and I'm the only one
