There is always Thunderbird. Its made by the same people as Firefox. The only problem I see is what the organization supports. We only let our one client connect to our email servers. But if they allow it Thunderbird is a good replacement.
I liked Thunderbird when I was still using a mail client. Now I just forward everything to GMail. Which I know can be set up to show a different ReplyTo, and I think you may even get it to show a different From.
As has been mentioned, Gmail can be set to show a different reply-to and from. I've done it myself for a website that I run, since the web based email means no email alerts and I despise MS Outlook with fire and brimstone. Maybe not the most professional solution, but definitely the quickest, although you'll have to get your email address set as an email forwarder instead, rather than an actual address with space attached.
You can also do the same thing as Gmail with a Yahoo account. I can't speak for AOL since I rarely use it and have yet to figure out how to do it/whether or not they allow it.
