*chuckle* Eh ... even if this would motivate people, it's far too late to stop anything that is going to happen in the next ... well, fifty years, at least. I hope low-lying cities are working on sea walls.
I think the more likely scenario is that the mythology will change and Santa's workshop will be an Atlantean endeavor that rises from the depths each xmas to spew forth amphibious flying reindeer, with all the mail delivered the rest of the year via nuclear submarine.
Or they'll just change the pole he's stationed on.
That'll only hold for a few more decades the way things seem to be going. I guess Santa's workshop on a sunny and green antarctic continent may be the future for some children.
