My pitiful website

K, this is the best I could do whilst on the clock: serafaery.com. So pitiful! But it's something, I guess. Sort of.

Hi! ^_^

Thanks! The picture was taken by a random photographer who happened upon me during an art walk last year. I got lucky!

Preston bought me the hosting and domain for my birthday - they're called hostfolks.com. :)

I love Lacey's layout at ravenlace.com. Something as simple as a header/image-y type thing at the top, one main box for blogging and a sidebar for links/cam/etc. like I have at transcend.diaryland.com would be great. I will eventually hopefully re-gain enough skills to do something like that, but I've never blogged on just a straight up html site before - I was wondering if I should just make a separate blog page and imbed livejournal (I have serafaery registered as a livejournal name, so once my paid stuff you gave me here expires I'm going to switch over to that name and get a new paid account over there). I dunno - do you have any ideas?

Diaryland.com also allows you to get a domain to go straight to your diaryland page if you have a gold account, and I signed up for serafaery over there too - So blogging through Diaryland's setup is also a possibility. It just seems easier than learning php or Wordpress or whatever. *grin*

I believe that Live Journal will give you the code to embed your journal in your website. Diaryland might very well do the same. Either would be a great option. Managing wordpress is kind of a pain.

Livejournal does, I have seen it. I will do that I think. Woot!

Yeah, Lacey is a goddess. :)

LOVE the photo. seriously. sooooo very cool. *note to self* learn how to make the background blurred and the foreground stay in focus......i have no clue how to do that but would REALLY like to learn.
also.....would very much like to learn how you make your faery wings as i soort of stumbled through the last pair....was pleased with result but know that i could make them much finer and detailed and delicate. these were cool but rough.

Thank you! That photographer was very cool, but afterwards asked if I would do a series of sexy fairies doing housework or something and we had to part ways, hehe ( ... )

PS: Ohyeah, forgot to add, for those blurred-background photos Joel had me hold really still so he could do a longer exposure to catch that blurry motion. Cool, huh? :)
