This is so amazing Lauren. And it's all happening SO SOON. You have to make sure to give us updates and photos! This is going to be so life altering.

Also, how is New Orleans now? I miss it so much (oh my god, almost FIVE years it's been!). Does it still have its amazing spirit and such?

i know, i can't wait! i just want to be there already! the preparation time is killing me!!!!!!!

NoLa is still NoLa, i'm happy to report. i went to the aquarium again! :D PENGUINS!!!!! a little quieter at night now though. at least, when it isn't bloody MARDI GRAS!! but it's still got intensity in spades and i still loved it just as much as i did the first time we were there oh so long ago.
