Oh, sorry, actually none of it has been confirmed. Apparently the Daily Record reported her name, but the WB hasn't said anything about Lily yet. I don't see why they'd just give out a randomly generated name though (Susie Shinner is a newcomer), so I'm assuming at least that is correct.
