this would consider medium rare lor
dangerous to eat chicken like tat esp wif the avian flue thingie

next time wana check the chicken is cooked.. use a chopstick poke inside.. if the chopstick can go thru easily... then its more or less cook. of course poke a few different location and poke only the chicken not anything else
