i think if you did a performance comparison between XP and 2K you'll already see a huge hit on performance with XP. this is BLOATWARE to the core. shouldn't software get more efficient over time instead of the other way?
why do i need 100mb of memory to run my browser and 100mb to run outlook when we can run thin versions of both at 10% of that?!
exactly. it seems strange for them to say processing power would increase over time going from single to quad cores or more and the performance hit now, wouldn't matter.
yes. the bloatware also consumes at least 15GB of whatever hard disk it would be installed on. this is madness.
i hope leopard doesn't go memory hungry like vista does. -keeps fingers crossed-
