It's one of those things where you find yourself feeling better than you think you should feel and then something will happen like someone on the television will say the most obscure thing and you start to sob. He had been in and out of the hospital for about a year and a half or two years now, and truthfully I think it's for the best that he is no longer suffering. You can never really be sure of what to feel when a parent tells you that their parent is no longer. I wanted to cry, give a big sigh of relief, scream, throw up, run, close my eyes, and hug my father all at the same time. Thank you for compassion; I truly appreciate it. <3
