Rent is 260, tax will be 50 (half amount despite me not working atm) and deposit is 200.

Bills average out quite nicely. Should be around 15 quid per month for electricity. There's no gas at all. And phone+internet comes to 15-20quid each per month on average.

It works out a damn nice cheap flat when ya look at it simply. Think the only bad thing about the flat is me living in it :p
