had an appointment yesterday with the ole doc. turns out i lost another 7 pounds. even throughout the holidays. crazy. so i'll just continue on what i'm doing. i guess i'm doing it right. i hope to get a new tattoo soon. i wanna finish out my sleeve soon. i'm tired of waiting. hahaha!! little bit at a time i guess. i got some nice compliments on
