So I've decided that since it's been almost a year since I have went tanning, I'm going to start up again. I was wondering what are the new lotions for 2006 and has anyone had any experience with them. I want something good.

Also, when I tan, my neck doesn't get tan, like under my chin, how do I get it to tan?

You're probably holding your head (more specifically, your chin) over your neck. Make sure to tilt your head back so that your neck and the underside of your chin are exposed.
