A contradiction for all seasons

I'm feeling reflective again, so bear with me here. Then again, how TRULY reflective I'm being is questionable, seeing as how OTHER people might be reading this... much like how reality TV is never really "Reality" TV, things someone posts in a LiveJournal are RARELY (if EVER) any kind of TRUE reflection. Damn, I didn't know you could draw like that. Your sketches were hella tight.
I know completely what you mean about writing stuff and just stopping. I do that all the time. I have so many stories, plays, screenplays etc that I started on and then I just stop and never go back to work on them. I think switching to an English major would be a good change for you.

Hey Eckert,
the charcoal drawing look really good. Try conte crayon too! Kinda similar, not as messy, if you haven't already. I think they work really well when you combine conte and charcoal.
Man, I miss high school art. Just being able to draw and paint pretty much whatever the hell I want. Right now I'm putting out stuff that is...ummm...sub-par to say the least, despite good critiques. Blah...
Good luck with that. Sucks about Herron. But I think I'd rather be there than Loyola, except I like Chicago a lot more. meh...what to do? what to do?

are you kidding me? indy a suburb? please! we're a SMALL TOWN w/big buildings and black folks (**me**). if indy doesn't become more selective, us black folks and hispanics (including puerto ricans!) will BE the city. but that's an astute observation on your part ;)
